Welcome to Place Radius. By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Service immediately.

1. Description of Service & Geocoding

Place Radius provides a SaaS platform for visualizing location data via iframe embeds. Our service includes geocoding tools (converting addresses to coordinates).

Fair Use & Rate Limiting: While certain plans may offer "unlimited" geocoding, this is subject to our Fair Use Policy. To ensure platform stability and prevent abuse, Place Radius reserves the right to implement rate limits or throttles on any account that exhibits automated, excessive, or malicious usage patterns that may degrade service for other users.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

• Plans: We offer monthly and yearly subscription tiers.
• Payment: You must provide valid payment information. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled via your dashboard before the renewal date.

3. Mapbox API Integration & User Responsibility

Place Radius is a visualization conduit; we do not provide the underlying map data. You are required to provide your own **Mapbox API Key** to render maps.

• Financial Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all costs, usage fees, and overages incurred on your Mapbox account.
• Security & Token Theft: You are responsible for securing your API keys. While we provide domain-locking tools for iframes, Place Radius is not liable for unauthorized usage of your Mapbox tokens, "hotlinking," or iframe theft by third parties.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You maintain full legal responsibility for the data you upload. You are strictly prohibited from using Place Radius for:

• Illegal Activities: Content that violates any local or international laws.
• Harmful Material: Malware, phishing, or content intended to harass.
• Adult Content: Sexually explicit or pornographic material, including the use of adult-themed custom icons.
• Doxxing: The non-consensual mapping or sharing of private, identifying information of individuals.
• Infringement: Violating intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

5. Right to Terminate ("The Booting Clause")

Place Radius reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate your account and disable your map embeds immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, a breach of these Terms or use of the Service for purposes we deem inappropriate, unethical, or detrimental to our reputation.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

As-Is Basis: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding uptime or the accuracy of geocoded data.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Place Radius's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Place Radius in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Place Radius from any claims, damages, or legal fees resulting from your data, your Mapbox API usage, or your violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law
